New SDI support for Adobe Creative Cloud

Bluefish444's new installer for Windows 7 and Windows 8 is compatible with all Create, Epoch, Epoch 4K Supernova video cards. This update brings valuable improvements to performance and added functionality, such as capture of 4K SDI and custom render formats to work with inside Adobe Premiere Pro CC (2014).
