An SDI coaxial video card featuring two bi-directional 3G SDI Coaxial HDBNC and three dual channel interchangeable 3G SDI Coaxial HDBNC SFP+ modules.
Built with multi-channel UHD 60P, HD 60p, High Dynamic Range (HDR) workflows for SDI over coaxial with the flexibility of hot swapping the SFP+ modules to change the interfaces to High Frame Rate SMPTE 2110/2022, SDI over Fiber, or HDMI support for Video Over IP workflows, broadcast, production and post-production, the new KRONOS Optikos3G CX SDI with its interchangeable SFP+ interfaces is ready for anything that you can throw at it.

Optikos3G CX SDI provides unsurpassed image quality with a 12-bit processing pipeline for all 12/10/8-bit video modes. The hardware design and cross-platform SDK have evolved from 25+ years of continuous development, making it extraordinarily reliable. An MR2 routing resource, alongside a customisable full-duplex asynchronous DMA engine, deliver unrivalled developer flexibility.
Optikos3G CX SDI has, by design, the world's lowest latency, providing access to captured video frames with the shortest possible delay. A FIFO mode to protect against dropped frames, an SDI bypass relay and a watchdog timer allows developers to plan for the unexpected and ensure that the show does go on.
Flexible, cross-platform SDK
The Bluefish444 Windows, and Linux SDK share a common API allowing developers to port from one platform to another with greater ease and efficiency. Other common development interfaces are available including DirectShow, Video 4 Linux 2 and Medialooks MPlatform.
Optikos3G CX SDI is supported by the same free SDK and free integration support as Epoch, so for existing Bluefish444 integrations, it’s quick and easy to get working with KRONOS IP and SDI I/O.
