Bluefish444 have developed a unified cross-platform Software Development Kit (SDK) designed by software developers, for software developers, who wish to integrate 4K Neutron into their solutions. The BlueVelvetC API enables programmers to write the SDK code once and then deploy to other operating systems without any changes to their code.
The SDK provides a simple, consistent and extensible interface to all Bluefish444 hardware products. It provides a number of useful abstractions and interfaces designed to relieve the developer of direct hardware involvement freeing them to concentrate on developing.SDK

AMD DirectGMA for video
Creative professionals rely on powerful workstation solutions that offer outstanding graphics and computational performance to get high definition (HD) and ultra-high definition (UHD) video into the system for image processing on the GPU, and to playout the results as close to real-time as possible. AMD via AMD FirePro™ professional graphics worked closely with Bluefish444 to develop DirectGMA, a technology that reduces latency in live/on-air broadcast graphics workflows and provides the necessary system bandwidth for demanding 4K and 5K digital cinema applications.
NVIDIA GPUDirect for video
NVIDIA® GPUDirect for video technology allows Bluefish444 hardware to communicate directly with NVIDIA GPUs. By taking advantage of this new API the historical issues of introducing too much delay or latency are gone. With NVIDIA GPUDirect for Video, devices are fully synchronised and the CPU doesn’t waste cycles copying data between device drivers. This flexible API gives full control to Bluefish444 hardware developers to stream video to and from the GPU at sub-frame transfer times.

The Medialooks MPlatform SDK makes it easy to create professional playout, streaming, vision mixing and ingest software with low-latency I/O integration for 4K Neutron.
