Replica
Replica, from Polar Graphics, takes the desktop or a selected area of the desktop, scales if required, and sends this to a Bluefish444 card and outputs as SDI.
In an OB van environment, space is at a premium. Often a Broadcast PC server will be used for many simulataneous broadcast software applications. Some of these may use Bluefish444 cards directly, and some may not. In the cases that a software app does not interface directly with the Bluefish444 card, Replica can be used to output the desktop directly to SDI. Thus providing an indirect compatibility between the broadcast production software and the Bluefish444 card.
Replica is compatible with the entire Bluefish444 video I/O card range.
