Bluefish444 Announce Extended KRONOS Support for Marquise Technologies ICE V3.0

Updated KRONOS support with Marquise Technologies’ ICE on show at IBC Show 2018 

North Melbourne, Australia, September 12, 2018 - Bluefish444, manufacturer of the professional video industry’s highest-quality uncompressed 4K SDI, ASI, Video Over IP & HDMI I/O cards and mini converters, announces extended support for it’s KRONOS Range with the upcoming Marquise Technologies ICE V3 release.

ICE has the widest range of IMF standard support, including App. #2, 2e (Studio Profile), App. #4 (Cinema Mezzanine), App. #5 (ACES) and Academy Digital Source Master, IMF ProRes RDD45 and TSP 2121 Application DPP (ProRes). Photon is also integrated, together with numerous validation tools for IMF and DCP packages. Key features of ICE 3.0 include the support of an unlimited number of independent subtitles tracks and audio channels (sidecar files), a dual viewport for version comparison, the display of safe area and a variety of audio and video scopes. ICE also integrates with a variety of automated QC tools and can load the QC reports.

Bluefish444 will be demonstrating an advanced 4K HDR quality control workflow with ICE utilising KRONOS SDI output at IBC Show 2018. ICE is the most advanced reference player for DCP, IMF and many other formats, with video and audio monitoring soon to be available via Bluefish444 KRONOS hardware.
