4K Supernova can be installed in the SE III-D Thunderbolt enclosure for an up to 3 PCIe card solution with Thunderbolt connectivity. The 3 PCIe slots can be populated with multiple 4K Supernova cards, or, a combination of Bluefish444 and other PCIe-based hardware such as a RAID controller or PCIe-based SSD drive. The Sonnet Echo Express SE III-D is available in both Thunderbolt 2 and Thunderbolt 3 versions.
